1. Agreement to Terms

• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Mubashir Hassan or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However, we retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Payment schedules will be outlined in project proposals
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in project agreements
• All fees are quoted in USD or PKR unless otherwise stated

6. Project Timelines and Deliverables

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However:

• Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project scope and client responsiveness
• Delays caused by the client (such as late feedback or content delivery) may result in timeline adjustments
• We will communicate any potential delays as soon as they are identified
• Scope changes may require timeline and budget adjustments

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major scope changes will be treated as separate projects and quoted accordingly.

8. Client Content and Materials

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, materials, and access required for project completion
• Ensuring they have the legal right to use all content provided to us
• Obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party materials
• The accuracy and legality of all content provided

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and business operations. Any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law. We may require clients to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for results beyond our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, third-party platform changes, or market conditions
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Written notice as specified in the project agreement
• Immediate termination for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• Deliverables for paid work will be provided upon settlement of outstanding invoices

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence in all our work, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. The arbitration shall take place in Islamabad, Pakistan.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
