If you choose to cancel a project before work begins, we may refund the deposit minus any administrative costs incurred (typically 10-20% of the deposit amount).

5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days

The refund amount will be calculated as the total project cost minus the value of completed work, administrative costs, and any third-party expenses already incurred. Partial refunds are offered at our discretion and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
