Due to the custom nature of our services and the time invested in each project, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced, fees paid are generally non-refundable. However, we strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
3. Deposit and Initial Payment
Initial deposits and setup fees are typically non-refundable as they cover:
- Project planning and strategy development
- Initial research and analysis
- Resource allocation and team assignment
- Administrative and setup costs
If you choose to cancel a project before work begins, we may refund the deposit minus any administrative costs incurred (typically 10-20% of the deposit amount).
4. Service-Specific Refund Terms
Web Development Projects
- No refunds once design approval is given and development has commenced
- If we fail to deliver the project according to agreed specifications, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund
- Refunds will not be issued for subjective concerns after approval of deliverables
- Change requests after approval may incur additional costs
SEO/GEO/AEO Services
- SEO is a long-term strategy; refunds are not provided based on ranking fluctuations or timelines
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once work for that month has commenced
- We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results as these depend on many external factors
- If services are not delivered as outlined in the agreement, you may request a refund for undelivered services
GMB Optimization
- One-time setup fees are non-refundable after optimization work begins
- Monthly management fees are refundable if notice is given before the start of the billing cycle
- Refunds are not provided for Google algorithm changes or policy updates beyond our control
Consulting and Strategy Services
- Fees for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable
- Unused prepaid consulting hours may be refunded upon request, minus a 20% administrative fee
- Strategy documents and deliverables cannot be returned or refunded once delivered
5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- We fail to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement
- We breach the terms of our contract in a material way
- There is a significant delay in project delivery caused by us (beyond agreed timelines)
- Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after approval
- Changes in business direction or strategy on the client's part
- Failure to achieve specific results not explicitly guaranteed in writing
- Third-party service failures (hosting, domain providers, payment processors, etc.)
- Changes in search engine algorithms, social media policies, or platform terms of service
- Client failure to provide necessary materials, access, or timely feedback
- Client violation of our Terms & Conditions
- After final deliverables have been accepted and payment completed
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your project details and reason for the refund request
- Include any supporting documentation or evidence
- Allow 5-7 business days for initial review and response
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days
8. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the percentage of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as the total project cost minus the value of completed work, administrative costs, and any third-party expenses already incurred. Partial refunds are offered at our discretion and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made.
10. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- All services will be immediately suspended
- Access to deliverables may be revoked
- We reserve the right to charge a dispute processing fee
- Legal action may be pursued to recover costs and damages
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
11. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel ongoing services:
- Provide written notice at least 30 days in advance for monthly retainers
- Pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Understand that deposits and setup fees are non-refundable
- Receive deliverables for all paid work upon final payment settlement
12. Satisfaction Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, we are committed to delivering quality work that meets the specifications outlined in our agreements. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns through revisions and adjustments within the scope of the original agreement before considering any refund.
