All intellectual property rights in and to Orbix — including but not limited to the source code, design, user interface, graphics, documentation, and brand identity — are owned exclusively by Mubashir Hassan.
The Extension is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it solely for your personal and professional productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Orbix's WhatsApp features interact with WhatsApp Web in your browser. By using these features, you accept responsibility for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Automated bulk messaging, spam, or any activity that violates WhatsApp's policies is strictly prohibited and your sole responsibility.
AS-IS Basis: Orbix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by AI models through OpenRouter may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should independently verify any AI-generated information before acting on it. The Developer is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI responses.
Browser Automation Risks: Automated browser actions carry inherent risks. The Developer is not responsible for unintended consequences of automation commands, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect form submissions, or unintended messages sent.
Third-Party Websites: Websites may change their structure or terms at any time, which may affect Orbix's functionality on those sites. The Developer makes no guarantee of compatibility with any specific website.
Always review commands before executing them. Orbix acts on your instructions — double-check form submissions, WhatsApp messages, and any irreversible actions before confirming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Orbix, including but not limited to:
In any case, the Developer's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Extension (which is zero, as it is provided free of charge).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the Developer's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Orbix at any time by uninstalling the Extension from Chrome.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Orbix at any time, without notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to use Orbix ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property protections.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Orbix shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Orbix is available globally via the Chrome Web Store. Users outside Pakistan are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws and regulations. By using Orbix, you consent to the governing law and jurisdiction stated above.
