Does it include gold test lab reports?

Yes. The gold lab module supports purity testing and acid test (Tazaabi) workflows with recovery ledgers so lab and refining hisaab stays linked to stock and customers.

Does PakGold ERP handle Girvi (gold mortgage)?

Yes — a complete Girvi module with gross weight, purity, loan amount, auto interest, installment recovery, and release workflow.

Will sales stop if the internet goes down?

Web and PWA work when online. A fully offline Windows desktop app is coming soon so billing, stock, Girvi, refining and ledgers keep working through load-shedding. Desktop update will be free for license holders.

Can my old data (customers, stock) be transferred?

Yes — existing stock and customer data can be imported from your current register or Excel file as part of setup.

Will my weighing scale and thermal printer work?

Yes — RS-232/USB scales can read live weight into the bill, and 80mm ESC/POS thermal printers print bilingual receipts. The cash drawer can open automatically on print.

Can multiple staff or branches use it?

Yes — separate logins for owner, manager, accountant and salesman can be created. Multi-branch setup is also possible.

Is an Arabic version available for UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar?
